“Careful, ‘Aid,” Steeljaw nosed his hand with a grin. “Those are the words of an old mech.”

“We’re not exactly sparklings anymore, are we?” the doctor chuckled, rubbing behind his ears. “And you’re not much younger besides.”

“Hmph.” The lion-bot yawned and stretched and settled himself back down in his friend’s lap. “I intend on living forever, thank you very much.”

“If only that were the case,” First Aid smiled as he pet him. “But I certainly don’t intend on leaving this life too quickly. There’s a lot more I plan to do.” Again, his gaze fell to his beloved school.

Steeljaw looked up at his friend with a soft smile. “But you’re still happy with what you’ve done, aren’t you? I know I am.” His tail waved proudly as he nodded to the factories.

“Oh yes,” the doctor-turned-dean nodded. “In fact… I’ve never felt happier.”

The smaller mech approved of this and curled up. Together, the old friends watched over their city. The one they’d fought for and built.

Can I suggest "L", for Learning Curves... with adult!Streets + Raid, in our verse... with baby!Spitfire? :3 Humor/fluff?

And also Z for Zoetrope, with any of the baby!Pbots you desire... and maybe Wheeljack, too? Showing off the 'simple' invention to entertain/teach them? :3
