Sorry this is so late...

Cuthbert still feels sort of responsible for Otani, though he can't quite figure out why. He definitely knows that Otani is a good guy and worth talking to, and that he's VERY fun to tease. So he will probably be doing a lot of that (teasing that is) when he talks to him again. And yes, they should talk more!! You can jump me any time you want <3
