If you could choose any career and/or field of study--say you wouldn't have to worry about time or money, just finding something you loved--what would it be?

I'd be either a band manager, a cemetery preservationist, or a lawyer.

I'd be a glassblower. For sure.

I thought about that, but I think I'd always be concerned that I'd go blind from looking directly at the glory hole, or burn the hell out of my hand errantly while working the slugs of hot glass.

Just watching the hot glass show at the Corning Museum of Glass, you wonder how many of the glassblowers get injured every year.

Something that involved a lot of travel (as in driving). That's half the reason I considered home care because you spend half your time in the car, the other half doing patient care. A good deal all around. :)
