They had a lady on an NPR show who was face blind - she didn't get diagnosed until well into her thirties, and then it was because she took a test at Harvard and bombed in spectacularly.
With everything I've been reading up on, I'm discovering that it's actually pretty common to not discover it forever. We all seem to be really great at coping well enough that no one notices!
