Good:
*  Lost 4 lbs.  4!!
*  Ate pizza...twice...and still lost 4 lbs!  I love that I've finally realized that this isn't a diet, and that there won't be any kind of "quick fix" that will help me lose 100 lbs in 3 months...I just have to change my eating habits, make healthier choices, and do everything in moderation.  Instead of 3 slices of a Meat ( Read more... )

There is proof that you don't have to give up eating to lose weight, just eat smarter :-)

Consider that dive as exercise and then shoot to exercise each day this week. Don't give up on cheese, just in moderation. 7 cubes is plenty as a snack, and mix it up with some carrots and almonds for a snack that'll just fill you right up before you know what's what.
