Today was a pretty long day. Aunt Mel and I both had doctors' appointments early this afternoon, after which we ran errands, then had to go to a wives meeting. I'm worried about Aunt Mel. She got test results that don't look good but were inconclusive, so we will continue to wait another 2 weeks for more test results to come back.

It's been a pretty busy weekend. We had two dinner parties to attend. Both of them we a lot of fun. Saturday night we were at the XO (or umm...CO) of the entire base's house. I was reading Sarah's Xanga, when I got to thinking. It is absolutely incredible how upfront she is when writing her journal. She doesn't care who reads it, or what they think about it because it is a journal- her perspectives, thoughts, ideas, and opinions. Today was pretty awesome. After being woken up my a 120lb rhodesain ridgeback staring me down for breakfast, I decided that I should get up. This only occured, however, after making a pot of coffee and going back to bed until it was done. I made myself get some notes down.
