always talk to the supervisor

when dealing with customer service, or trying to get a discount or to dispute something... never yell.  butter up the customer service agent and politely ask for the supervisor.  the only people who have power to make decisions are the manager and supervisors.  they are the only people who can reverse charges!  i usually despise talking to customer ( Read more... )
