You're not the only one with sleep rhythm changed. I was meaning to be in town kind of early today, so I forced myself to go to bed at 3am (while messing with that java program) and so I woke up at 10am. Left home at 11, spent a few hours walking and enjoying the city, and I found my eyes closing and feeling tired.. This afternoon nap was so needed.. Let's hope I can regain usual patterns before Monday.
