This commercial always comes on and everytime I hear the woman I think to myself "she's from Michigan." Or at the very least, she's from the Great Lakes state. I Googled around and in the video below (which is similar to the commercial they show here), she herself says she's from Woodstock, Illinois which is not far from the WisCANsin border

yep!.. and she refers to her "mom" as her "mam"

Being a Michigander, I would place her accent in Wisconsin. Some people in upstate Michigan sound kinda like that though. Yupers don't though. They sound almost like Canadians.

Yeah, I used to live in North Dakota and the accent was similar.

The entire region just drags out the vowels, mostly.
