hair, hair, hair

dilemma.... I'm at the stage where if I want to keep my hair the same style I need to get a trim but I am not sure whether I want to grow it out or not.... So I ask you which of these styles do you prefer/suggest?

The pixie cut is what I have now but it's getting long in back and bangs so I need to wither trim it or let it grow... so one vote for pixie(I'm inclined towards it partially becasue I love the work pixie
