Weekend <3
Personally I class Friday nights as weekend too.
So I'll start there. I went to see a good friend terry on Friday for a few hours in the evening, trying to convince him to leave the house and come to our local pub with me. See his wife has just left him for a woman. Apparently she's a lesbian and has been hiding it for years. I understand that you can't control those feels but they've been Married 20+ years, have 3 children together. It's taking them all some getting used to so I'm trying to do my bit by getting terry to realise no one is talking about him! He wouldn't come tho, I went without him. Played some darts (badly) and got drunk.. Wasn't my intention but always seems to happen. I only bought 2 drinks but my glass never empties there haha. Rolled in home at 3,30am
Saturday I decided that it would be what I call a zombie day. My OH let me be completely lazy and stay in bed until 11am! After i eventually moved we all cuddled and watched movies on the sofa (the good dinosaur, Pokemon mewtwo strikes back) no where to go, nothing to do but relax with my boys, perfection! I did make a really nice dinner of chicken breast wrapped in bacon with roast potatoes, peas, sweetcorn and bbq sauce, was so yum! I love zombie days. After putting my son to bed I sat and play on minecraft for a while and then me and The OH watched some more Merlin <3
We all slept in this morning (Sunday) didn't get up till 9.30-10am. And have since had breakfast then we've been sat playing hungry hippos. It's nice to have a weekend with no plans from time to time. Just enjoying ourselves as a family is perfect to me. Our little ducky peanut is doing great today. Standing on both legs, eating and drinking well. Just has a slight limp. I think it'll be back with its mummy by the end of the week <3 later I'll likely be catching up on some laundry and ironing school/work uniforms. But all in all another slow relaxing day.
