It does seem like it's a little granular...but they do all the counting. I just do the journaling and try to eat better. I am not really stuck to those numbers--it's a goal, sure, but I think that if I just eat like I know I should, then the numbers will take care of themselves. I hope.
That sparkpeople thing is cool. Seems like exactly what I need, something to always nag me, or else I never get anything done. I've gone for the 10 day trial, we'll see how it goes I guess. :)

I do Weight Watchers, where my main concern is just how many "points" are in the food... A bit more simplified...
