See, that's exactly the attitude I was afraid of. I wasn't trying to trick anybody. I don't want people to be upset or bothered that they wished me a happy birthday when it wasn't. (I mean, for most people, how would they know my birthday?)
It's not like people are going out to get me gifts today. (Er, yesterday). They're spending no more than a minute going to my wall and wishing me a happy birthday. And for those who do it in person, they probably get more out of it than I do.
I'll make it up by wishing you a happy birthday on some day when it isn't your birthday. :)
Summer birthdays are lame. I especially hated it in grade school, when there'd be no class parties, and when all my friends would be off on vacation so that I couldn't even really have a party at home.
