Batman Forever - Childhood memories

Yes, I know it's a bad film. However Batman Forever is a slice of nostalgia for me. I remember it as the first video my family had that wasn't specifically for children. I watched it many times as a child. So as there was nothing else on the other night, I watched it again on Sky ( Read more... )

Batman is made of issues; if you took them away there'd be nothing left! Even the technicolour TV series couldn't hide that no matter how many ka-pows or ka-blats they had :D

The last one is the funniest.

Though I like the 4th one as it reminds me of the JLA cartoon.
I was always amused at the way Batman was an "associate" member of the Justice League. He's pretty much one of the founders, he bankrolled most of it, and he's invited to every top level meeting. No one really believes he's a lone maverick, they just pretend to in order to humour him.

He only built the JLA so he'd have them all in one place where he could keep an eye on them and eliminate them as needed.
