I couldn't tell if my dad was teasing me or not, but he said in Seoul they'd have those tiny Toyota minivans with like 8 dudes crammed inside, and if the van took a corner too fast the van would tip. Everyone would have to get out and push the van back onto its wheels.

In Seoul? Hrmmm.

The cramming 8 people onto a minivan sounds plausible but I can't help but think that going around a corner fast while tipping would possibly seriously injure people if not kill them either in the minivan itself or the bystanders. Seems like something the government would not allow and police.
