Hey.
I missed the first of your reviewage posts, so I didn't know which books you were commenting on, but as I skimmed over this post I realized which--The Rachel Morgan books (or 'The Hollows' or whatever they actually call the series)

I keep meaning to get around to saying something about them myself--the first book was pretty weak, but I stayed with it and now I'm very wrapped up in them.
Though there are many frustrating bits in there.

Well, the first book I was talking about is actually not one of the Rachel Morgan books but one of Devon Monk's. Incidentally, I'm still stuck on the third chapter of that book. Every time I try to pick it up, the third chapter just makes my brain go ABORT! ABORT!

But yes, this post in particular is related to the Rachel Morgan book 5. I had read some reviews of the series in general before so I was a little concerned about certain issues, but I'm certainly enjoying the actual books. I find that the issues in question are not as big of a problem or sticking point with me. I do, however, hope that Rachel and Ivy will be able to get their happy endings together eventually... That being said, I find their current relationship in the sixth book to be absolutely adorable as well.
