This is an event that keeps on giving.  Apparently even though I paid with cash and a different credit card, the hotel charged everything to my debit card and it will be 5-7 days before the money is refunded.

Oh hunny, that sucks. Can't your bank stop payment or something, especially if you show them the receipt?
