I. They're in MA and don't appear to tour, we're in DC and haven't had a single show
II. It really doesn't matter unless one of us hits it big, which isn't likely at this point
III. Even down the line, if we become rock gods, we:
a. Are much cooler than them, unless you start wearing red satin onstage and I become a fat Asian dude
b. Can hire lawyers
c. Can servicemark/trademark ourselves

Not a big deal...just kind of funny.
