So I decided I am going to loose 50 pounds. 9 miles each weekend of walking or running. So that's about 3 miles each day. Plus I will be starting my wrestling diet. Which means only coffee and tea non sweet or diet. Water and then chicken and rice. if I don't have either I only eat the meat here at seminary. Nice, brother! That's what I like to hear. If you ever need motivation, call me up. I'm on the trek until the end of February, so I'm all about motivation =) Just think of how much better you're going to feel at the end, and how much better you're going to look! Good luck to you, and God bless.
