Hmm...well, you crushed a guy's hopes...sure you couldn't convince him that he's bi?

That is really wierd though...I can't really think of any other advice to offer. Maybe you should go in with another guy...or a girl just to confuse him...claim they're your boy/girl friend. They might get the idea?

Though that's just me.

I have no interest in a relationship. I merely want to get coffee without having him dive under the countertop and spilling drinks everywhere.

Would lies not make the situation more complicated? And I fail to see how that would mitigate the tension.

Thank you for your input.

Yeah, I kind of suck at this kind of thing.

If I were adept, I would not be asking for advice.

You know my opinion on this already. All you can do it be as nice to him as you were before and eventually, he'll stop hiding.

I do...and you know I have tried, but it is rather difficult to converse with someone who is hiding under a bar.

Maybe I should come along next time and just drag him out from under there.

Thank you, but I do not want to give him more reason to avoid me. I quite enjoy the way he makes cappuccinos.

Tell him to grow some balls and find someone new. It's not the end of the world, seriously. It's his own fault for not picking up on you being a girl for like half a year.

I fail to see how insulting his male parts will get him to stop hiding under the counter.

Perhaps I should just frequent a different location, even if this one is the most convenient.

You know. You could have told him like... right of the bat when he started to chew the fat that oi, I don't have any balls, but I've got more of 'em than you'll ever have, or something.

But even if he likes them, I do not want him to take my tennis balls. Why should I offer them up?
