So, this summer I'm living at the UWEC dorms to save on gas and such. I thought everything would be cool, but there is one thing about the dorms I had forgotten..........PEOPLE WHO MANAGE TO SET OFF THE FIRE ALARM AT 2:45AM, FORCING PEOPLE TO WALK DOWN 8 TO 10 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS TO GET TO THE GROUND FLOOR, WHO THEN HAVE TO WAIT 45 MINUTES FOR THE
