First, I'd like to thank everyone who has been saying prayers for my mom, and thanks for your encouragement, I appreciate it.

Mom did good coming through her surgery, that's the good news.

The bad news is that once the surgeons had her opened up they found a few more problems than originally anticipated.  In addition to the hysterectomy they found

Oh honey!! *huggles tight* It sounds like you all are being positive and that is really good for your Mom!! I will just keep praying that things continue to go well and that her progress is steady and good. I think all of the "chickens" visiting her is doing a world of good, too :) Just keep on doing like you're doing, hon....hang in there and we'll be right here for you :)
