A Thought

I am sitting here watching "The Secerts of Harry Potter" and I had a thought.

In HBP Harry finally 'Sees Ginny' and talks about the monster in his chest.  I've read the theories regarding the love potions and I could see the points that were made, but in this show they keep talking about Harry's connections to Voldemort.  What if the monster is due ( Read more... )

I'm still holding out for D/G. Whatever JKR does, I can fix it though. I just don't see Harry and Ginny built to last. There is nothing there for a relationship to be based on. *nods*

I'm holding out for D/G as well...we can only hope!!!!!

I agree that H/G weren't meant to last she is barely an afterthought to him most of the time.

I'm just worried she will kill of either Draco or Ginny....

If that is the case fan fic authors will most definately have to fix things.

Six days until we find out how much we have to fix!!!!

I think that she was to young for Voldemort to lest after. The man can't love. JKR has said that a number of times, he never had a friend. He called her a stupid little girl in the second book. So I can only see two possible connections. One, Voldemort does try to use her to get Harry. Or maybe in the chamber he thought she was stupid but he could sense she was a powerful witch.

In books five and six JKR briefly shows as she is outstanding with a wand.

I do agree about her being too young for Voldemort to lust after...he doesn't seem the type for that feeling. I agree it would be her power that would get Voldemort's attention.

I am hoping that we see just what Ginny is made of in the last book and don't see her character smothered by over protective parents, brothers and friends. This breaking up with her to keep her safe nonsense just drives me nuts.

Hey there! Did you get my note over at Jessi's LJ? I was very happy to see you. X)

I have seen it and it is good. There are many things to like and dislike and discuss, but since they can't make it like the book, we have to be somewhat satisfied. I was just so very thrilled that my Ron had more lines and was his wonderful self. hehe! :D

Hope all is well with you & your family. Give love to your Mom.

*huggles* X)

Yeah, I got your note from Jess's LJ.

I've been lurking all along just not posting. I will try to be better even if my life is boring.

I am out-of-town on a job and have decided to wait to see the movie when it comes to the theater in our town. My daughter works there so I will know as soon as its going to be there. Since we are on a job site I figured it would be easier to wait until then.

No matter if we are done with this job or not I will be waiting in line for the book on the 21st. Tim will loose his helper for the day once its out until I finish reading.

Its good to know that Emma is not stealing all the thunder this time around. I truly can't stand her, she is not the Hermione as I pictured her.

Talk to you soon.

Indeedy! We can't wait for this Friday. My son insists that we go to the B&N party. I don't give much fuss. *grin*

Oh my Ron is shining in this one! :D I was so disappointed with POA and how they just seemed to take away all of his lines in that one and #4. *grrr* He is SO good! *loves*

Y'all have fun!
