Excellent video. I almost cried after watching the trailer for the new film about Assange because the Wikileaks cluster of events is presented as this world-shaking turning-point in human history--and what I'm seeing from the American public, both with respect to Bradley's unconscionable arrest and treatment, and what's happening with Edward Snowden and what he has told us--is a big fat old yawn.
It's really hard to maintain heart in the future of America as any kind of bastion of freedom. Freedom does not mean the right to go to Walmart and participate in exploitation.

Just because there are people - even a majority - who are asleep or afraid doesn't mean we should be, too?
For the record, I believe that the majority of the American people is complicit to American imperialism. Because they know very well they cannot live the standard they are used to without it.Fine. Be dat way. History will remember these Americans like it remembers the "good" Germans who were accessory to Hitler's insanity by virtue of silence
