I'm asking this of people who know me well, and/or have been around me somewhat recently. I'm quite tired of being lonely, and am thinking of trying some of the singles sites and stuff. I don't like the idea, but I'm going to swallow my pride. The problem is, I'm not the best at selling myself when I have to write the descriptions. I know

scott is one of the nicest, most trust worthy men I've ever known. Don't take this in the kiss-of-death-cursed to be the best friend forever kind of way. Scott is generous to a fault and is always there to help a friend out when they need it

This should be prefaced by the comment that I haven't seen Scott in person since, um, 1998 or so. We've been in touch since then, which says something for his ability to keep friends and that he's the sort of friend you want to keep around (lifetime friend). :) Scott's a really good guy... sensitive, with eclectic interests, and very upfront with his opinions so you know pretty quickly where you stand with him. When I met him he had a wondrous collection of pets which included a bird, a porcupine, and two ferrets.

Scott's a talented photographer, and he's the kind of tech geek you want to know. He also has good taste in operating systems.

Oh, and I'm going to go out on a wild limb and guess that his Myers Briggs type is INTJ. But Scott will have to tell me if I'm wrong. :)
