Now I understand this is a touchy subject to some, but I feel that this has been tossed into the ring enough times from one side, that maybe its time for a different perspective. Not that I think that logic works

i'm not sure how i feel about allowing a bunch of illegal immigrants to stay, because of some of the reasons you listed above. my grandparents had to work mega hard to immigrate to canada. if canada was in the same boat of legislature, how would they feel knowing that a TON of illegals are getting in, despite having broken laws to get there? i think they'd be pretty pissed off, because they had to work hard as hell to get here legally. so i can certainly see that point of view.

i think that if all of these people get citizenship, their lives in the US will change really quickly. citizens have a lot more shit that they HAVE to live by than illegals, who are technically not on the grid at all, in many cases. we'll see what happens. :)

I'm trying to find the article where a Mexican father is sueing the Az Government because his daughter died trying to cross the desert to enter the country illegally and they didn't do enough to stop her. In this case, The fence would of saved her life. And hundreds of other lives every year. C'mon think of the children!

Personally the wall thing doesn't bother me a bit. Great Wall of China, That wall in Britan. Infact, the only Bad wall I can think of is the Berlin wall, which is the only negative one that comes to mind?
