First one in this morning, phones ringing off the hook. 2 People on hold, 1 person on both lines, and more incoming calls. Deal with it gracefully and tactfully, and still manage to talk to cyndy for a few moments before she went to school. Today must be a good day.

woke up, tried to get the network back up after it died lastnight as I was headed to bed. Stubbed my toe on the sharp edge of a case and made it bleed kind of bad. Not much going on today, training the new girl so I basicaly have her running around doing all the time consuming easy things, while I answer the phone, and do the more skilled tasks.
