- My mother arrived from Thailand last Friday. It was surreal to see her at the airport. She was SO happy and excited to see all of us, especially her first grandchild. She could hardly contain herself ! It was so adorable.

Yay for mommy being in town! It sounds like the transition has been an easy one and you'll have a lovely time with her while she is here. It can be hard having guests arrive, even if they are family.
