CNN's got a story about "handbag parties" and how they're really bad because people will sell you counterfeit purses. I won't address the obvious questions like "is the world so peaceful that's all CNN could come up with to talk about," but one part of the article struck me as really dumb propaganda:

The bigger issue is why the hell would you buy a knock-off purse? Mom taught me one thing and that was to buy the real thing or forget it.

I think you've just hit upon something, my friend. The "key party for the aughts" is the purse party!! Ladies throw in their purses, men grab a purse, hilarity ensues. We can market this and get rich!
