My trip to Mexico.

Two weeks in a different country is so relaxing and just incredibly awesome.

We encountered a lot of these signs from the airport in Guadalajara to Ciudad Guzman...kind of scary.

Destination: Ciudad Guzman

This is our backyard, so pretty! There's even more to the sides and in the back.

Part of the garden.

Many beautiful creatures visit the garden.

That's The Bravery on our TV. There was a local channel that had a video show of English and Spanish indie music.

The garden in downtown.

That's the inside of the tower thing in the previous picture.

One day one of my uncles came to the house and took us on drive to the countryside. Here's a picture of the countryside from the roof of my uncle's house.

First we stopped by a town in the hills called El Fresnito to visit one of my grandma's cousins. This alter was in the center of the town.

More driving in the hills. This is Ciudad Guzman.

I tried to find our house, but no luck.

It was cloudy from the storm that had passed through minutes before.

But then the sun peeked through again.

As you can see, we were surrounded by beauty.

We were also surrounded by a volcano.

Which I was obsessed with it, so I took lots of pictures of it.

The next day we went to visit my cousin in Manzanillo and went to the beach.

The water was beautiful.

A few days later we went to Guadalajara to visit one of my grandma's sisters. We were tourists though, and went to a historical part of the city called La Plaza de la Liberacion. Teatro Degollado is in the background.

The cathedral.

Things I will always remember about this trip, but will probably make no sense to anyone else: el centro, the black market, scary sounds at night, cockroaches, Manzanillo, swimming out to the line, el serro, el volcan, Moderato, Reik, RBD, crazy taxi drivers, Guadalajara, the bus getting us soaking wet, Modular, "el gas," "agua," the vegetarian restaurants, Huescalapa, the diet, drunk relatives, and of course the wonderful people.
