If it were any happier they'd have to mass issue some Ambien to keep us all in check.

Instead they hand out minor strokes.
It takes the edge off.

Here in the land of green and carpet-munching they hand out zoloft and beverages.

It sounds so lame but man, reading some of those entries and the ensuing comments can sometimes brighten my whole damn day. We were truly funny. I mean, to ourselves anyway. :)

I have shared more of my life with a bunch of people I've never met (ok, so I've now met quite a few of you), than with half of the people in my "real" life.

I know what you mean...I had to try to explain Livejournal to a friend the other day...I said, "well, it's like a diary, but I keep it online,"

To which he replied, "Oh yeah, THAT seems safe."

Then I tried to explain Public vs. Friends...but it still wasn't getting through...

...but then again, sometimes I feel like it's easier for me to talk to the people on here, because they DON'T know me in real life (a majority of them, anyway)...there's no retaliation or pop-back (ie being at work and hearing "but you said in your journal that you....")

As Stephen Wright once said, "well, sometimes it's good to tell your secrets to a total stranger on a bus."
