We get a lot of people like that in CVS as well. On Thursday I received criticism from a Pizza Hut employee about the way I opened my register ("I can help someone over here" as opposed to "I can help the next person in line." Well what if I say the latter twice and the next person in line doesn't hear me? It happens ALL THE TIME. Next time I'll go into Pizza Hut and tell them how to make the pizza.). People do that about photo and other things as well. Unfortunately, in almost any area where people are performing services for customers, the customers always believe they have more knowledge than the person they're paying for the service. Well then they'd might as well do it themselves, then, if they know so much.
Okay, rant over. lol
But, like I said, great to hear from you! Hope other than this, everything's going well down in Texas!
