I do not enjoy shopping. At all. It brings me no joy. I prefer to get in, find what I want and vacate. Most of that problem is interacting with other people. People who get in the way, who can't work the self-checkout, kids who are grabbing for stuff or whining because they can't have everything in the toy aisle.

First, the young lady should not have what she did. If it would have been me, you would have gotten a "Sorry about that." as sincerely as I can muster as I'm chasing my child

Well, now hold on there! I wasn't judging the parenting as such, just that one single incident. Like I said, I don't know that the woman attending was her mom or her sister. What I saw was one little girl barreling around a corner
