I figured out how to get it online but I chose a service that allows me to make it available only to those who have a password. This way it cannot be seen through random thumbnails or through general searches. The quality is not the best. Obviously the actual DVD is much smoother (transitions) and the images are not pixelated. Anyway, here is the

yup, and afterwords its just a blank screen where I can press play or pause, but nothing shows up.

This video is FANTASTIC (does it feel like it's been a year?!)! Your videographer did an awesome job at putting this together and really capturing the energy of the entire event. So, that is what a regal Italian wedding is like, huh? :) You looked so beautiful - there were so many parts of the video that I truly felt like I was there and I actually got choked up...watching your mom and dad get ready in the beginning really got to me for some reason. Your dad is so cute! Also loved all of the fine details - the getaway car, the flowers, THE LOCATION (!), the cake...everything was just gorgeous. Oh, and before I forget, you guys were so adorable during your first dance - how long did it take you to learn the choreography for that (or is it something that you already knew how to do

The first song is Hurry Up and Wait by Stereophonics.

We started dance lessons 6 weeks before the wedding. We had something like 10 hours of private and 6 hours of group practice where we basically only did our thing, but Carlo had to learn how to look out for people and navigate.

Time sure does fly! I can't believe it was almost a year ago. Then again, it doesn't feel like almost 9 years ago that we first met.

OMG OMG Tiffany It's beautiful!!! It's really nice to see everything you had planned but LIVE! It all came together. It's so beautiful. It was really cool to see Carlo and hear him speak in Italian (very Godfather lol) Awww Wow, they threw a gallon of rice on you guys! ahahaha

Yeah MIL was really annoying actually. She kept telling me to bend over bc she wanted to dump rice down the front of my dress (very mature...). I think it was 5kg of rice, so like 10-11 lbs.

Carlo was sooooo not into the whole dancing in public thing. The ironic thing was that he was the one who said we should take dance lessons! The lessons were really fun bc it was nice to just spend some alone-time together in the craziness of wedding planning. And OMG! It's such a workout. I had no idea. We would leave lessons all hot and gross. If you already know what style shoes you are wearing (you bought them already didn't you?) you should wear something really similar to lessons bc your equilibrium changes based on the tip of the shoe and the height of the heel.

If you look on CC, I am pretty sure that Janey also danced to It Had to You but sung by Harry Connick Jr. It's a foxtrot and she did a swing addition as well (ours was the same).

You can share it if you want. I just didn't want it popping up on one of those "featured videos" on youtube. The post is public (as are all my wedding-related posts). In fact, there are way more views that I have friends on LJ so that means I have tons of lurkers too.

Ahaha, Okay, So I just made Keith sit and watch your video with me again! :) It makes me all bubbly inside esp when you are walking down the aisle. Seeing you two do your dance made me so giddy. I want to do a little dance like that too to Frank Sinatra's "It had to be you" for our first dance. Keith's reaction when he saw your dance was "hell no I am not doing that in front of all those people in a circle". lol He's embarrassed of his legs and embarrassed in general but he's a sport and he's going to do it! We're taking lesson in philly next month.

I don't mind the lurkers really. I mean, if I did, I would lock my posts... the only thing I find a little strange is when some ppl friend me and give me access to their journals, but then don't ever post in mine. So I can read all about their daily lives but I know nothing about their background. It's sort of strange and voyeuristic so I tend not to even look...

I finally got to see the video last night and it was definitely a big "wow"! They really did a wonderful job and good thing you decided to hire them (as you mentioned below... 4 weeks prior to the wedding!). I'm sure you guys have a blast watching the entire video numerous times with family and friends.

If you don't mind, I think I'm going to "friend" you even though I don't have very interesting posts these days. Hope you too see you again!
