Dental fear turned wake-up call

Yesterday was the most painful experience I've ever had in my entire life...EVER...but getting my "leftover-super-infected-tooth" pulled needed to be done...otherwise you wouldn't be reading this right now, and I'm not exagerating.

But before I mention about my painful ordeal I'm gonna start from the very begining...and I mean, the very begining ( Read more... )

OH wow! I had a holy tooth I put off for a couple years once-thankfully it wasn't as bad as that! Teeth are nothing to mess around with, they need good care & maitanence. Thank goodness you finally got it taken care off!!!

I have a habit of putting things off too-it's my worst trait. Good luck with everything-esp the weight loss. I've been back & forth with that for a long time and I know how hard it can be, but, you will only feel healthier once you get it taken care of. I need to lose 30-40 pounds right now, not much, but, I don't feel as healthy and energetic as I could and half my clothes do not fit. :(

Thanks hon & I wish you luck on your weightloss, too...you're not the only one who's energy level is kind of low & clothes are damn near not fitting *HuGz*. 30-40 is a start hon, seriously...and when I went to that weight class last week, the lady made it sound like weightloss is so fucken easy, especially when she said that I should exercise about 30 minutes a day, whether it would be dancing, kicking my legs in a pool(since I live so close to a pool), taking a simple walk or just exercising during commercial break & watching TV as a reward for exercising...during commercial break :-D .
Sweetie, any type of activity for only 30 minutes is your workout for the day...that's how I have to look at it so I won't feel like it's a fucken overwhelming task, hell, I went up and down the stairs of my appartment complex just to wash clothes, now that's my 30 minutes of workout & then some LOL...you'll be fine sweetie.

Much Luv

I chase the kids more than 30 mins a day! I should have a tiny butt from all the trips I make up and down the stairs. I need to get back with running again. Last summer I ran my ass off 4-5 days a week with my little one in a jogger stroller. I'd run as long as I could then walk till I caught my breath then do it all over again and barely any weight would budge. I weigh about the same now but my clothes are tighter and I don't have the energy.
Take care sweetie!
