I went to the doctor today because the splitting migraine I've had since the day Deacon was born has gotten progressively worse in the past 48 hours, and my ears are pounding. Today is Jovan's birthday. I spent sooo much time and money preparing for this day, and I haven't even seen him yet. So my son has decided he doesn't want to sleep from 11 AM - 4 PM each day. That means that for those hours, he spends about 75% of his time fussing and crying and screaming, 5% trying to sleep, 15% eating, 5% sleeping. I'm not good at math but I'm pretty sure that sucks. I didn't know I was capable of loving someone as much as I love my son. I also didn't know I was going to be blessed twice in the same year by two incredible men. So my son was born on Weds. morning at 9:09 after only 8 hours of labor and 6 pushes! 7 lbs. 15 oz, 21 inches long.... the most beautiful little boy I have ever seen. He has a FULL head of very thick, jet black hair, dark blue eyes and just a gorgeous child.... I will post more later, and pictures eventually... Patti -- call me! I lost your #!

I have serious trust issues. So bad, that at this point in time, I am debating where the hell I am going to raise my child, and who with. I can't stay at my parents' house very much longer.
