Snowclones. That's a new one for me although I'm personally fond of the "x from hell" snowclone. It's just perfect for describing many annoying situations.

Your LJ bio made me laugh; I'd love to come up with witty things but I'm still developing my creative impulses. ^_^ Would you like to be LJ friends?

Registration charges of my flat ext_1790944 May 7 2013, 11:47:18 UTC
I acquired the flat at Thane(w)(by my father) in the year 2010. My father died in 1989(at that time the said flat was with the financier). I got my flat transferred after obtaining the NOC from my brother who is alive at present. Now my daughter wishes to procure distant education abroad(MBBS). I have applied loan in national banks but they refused to give the educational loan for the course of her studies., saying that the flat is not registered. Now I would ask as to whether the housing document(house at presently staying) could be registered? If yes, what would the cost be at the present(apprx flat value is 47,43,000)?
