I'd love to be one of your friends, I've read your stuff at ff.net and think it's great (Stitches is my favorite). It's always great to find another Ron fan in fanon when so many people abuse his character (cough, D/Dr and H/Hr shippers, cough). I've also read some of your posts here and think they're hilarious.

I completely agree with you regarding the dance scene and the lack of outburst in the cellar. The dance bothers me more. Not only is it not in the books, but it's totally out of character. Harry's terrible at comforting Hermione in the tent; he doesn't even try. The books make it clear that Harry and Hermione's relationship breaks down without Ron. And the fact that Kloves, et al added that lingering look at the end of it made it seem like they're trying to generate a love triangle, a la Twilight. (Although, it did seem like any possible romantic thoughts in that look are on Harry's part; I don't think Hermione showed any interest in Harry.) That, coupled with the fact that they excised Harry's "like a sister" line irritates me a lot ( ... )
