Ok everyone so I went on this date tonight with a police officer from the area. Hes only 1 1/2 years older, lots in common etc. The date started off great, we went to a nearby resturant and had a bottle of wine then a few capt and cokes. We get back to my apt complex and jumped in the pool. I wasnt going to make him drive home because he was drunk

Ack!!! I'm glad you're ok. And really, he can't get any info on you without a warrant... legally anyway. That's a little consolation, I hope.
