Exactly. And that's not even the half of it. He's going to buy her a ticket to the US in February, and she can stay with him blah blah. Good grief. Pursue your pathetic love life with your hand in the privacy of your own home. PLEASE.

I think he was oversexed and needed the interaction more than he needed privacy. I think he thought he was being circumspect. He was just gross. He got off the video call with the girl in Thailand and called a local girl, said all kinds of ridiculous nonsense to her and made arrangements to meet her for a movie. Obviously, he spends his whole day trolling through his female contacts looking for play. He signed off with the girl in Thailand with "I love you," multiple times and a whole bunch of other nonsense. Then he was on the phone with the other girl. Ridiculous.
