Day off again! Went to bed last night with the clear objective to sleep in, without any time in mind to wake up, just enjoy my bed. Woke up before 9am and could not go back to sleep. This came as a complete surprise, as one of the things I like the most in life is sleeping and I usually have no problems at all with getting back to sandman land.

In, "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Universe," they tried to warn us about the coming end of the world, and then they left the planet.

I usually do my meditation in yoga class, guided. Or, using an app before bed. I'm definitely not an expert!

What app do you usually use? I use "insight timer", I really love it!!!
I miss yoga classes... working on retail I can never find a class at a decent time of day! :(

Dolphin does seem very fitting for someone who is connected to a deeper realm. Keep sharing your readings and interpretations. It's inspiring!
I suck at meditation, but I pay for the phone app, Headspace. It is a great app, but I am too...stubborn to stick with it. I prefer guided meditation because if i try to go without, my mind thinks and wanders A LOT so I need something to try to listen to.
