Many thanks for the congrats, dracschick :) The genealogy research alone took up an entire drawer in one of my file cabinets, so it was high time to put it all together in a single, user-friendly file. The part that took the most time (aside from accumulating all the data) was the cross-referencing of names. Visits to graveyards was the fun part, though.
I know, I know, I owe you a mail but it's been crazy here just recently (holiday in the Lakes, Matthew growing up and having his first birthday, American colleagues over for the week) - I should be clear this week, so I'll get something together and send you some pics as well!
And many congrats on the book, that sounds cool. The thing is, I'm on dial-up still - do you have it in a part-work? ;-)
Talk to you soon, great to see you back - I've missed you, my fine Yankee D!
Hey there, Mark! I'll email you about the file later on today. Sounds like you're pretty busy (can't wait to see the pics and hear all about your doings!) Many thanks for the congrats on finishing the beast. Out of all people, you know how much time and effort I put into the genealogy bit. The Red Hot Moon novel is officially off the back burner and on the front burner now and it's shaping up nicely. WoOt!
