I hope someone out there is going to take advantage of the educational potential of the upcoming field trip. However, I also seriously doubt it.

I'm currently wandering Yale. The grounds are pretty incredible.

David. What is educational about observing captured animals from the confines of a small car? Why do I need to see lions in a fake park to learn about them? Could I not gather the same amount of information by researching from the comfort of my own home?

The rides at the park look pretty nice though. They're still more interesting than Yale. Besides Japanese universities have

You could, in fact, gather the same, if not more, information from researching yourself. Unfortunately, very few people would actually bother, and instead need to be spoonfed the information through this sort of novelty.

I'd say if Yale had a ferris wheel, they'd be about on par.
