Slow news day? Another example of people who claim to want to live in a colorblind society but don't making a big deal out of someone that doesn't care about color? Who knows, but good for her.

The sad truth is we aren't color-blind. At one time I wanted to think I am, but I'm not. I think she sets a good example, and she may have deliberately chosen to adopt a black orphan, but that is a good thing. American society is still too endogamous, though there is a steady amount of improvement and it will continue to improve.
