The P90X workouts are all about an hour long. Power 90 ranges from 30 to 45 minutes. I wouldn't start with P90X. If I hadn't done Power 90 first there's no way I'd be able to make it through the X workouts.

I've been trying to incorporate more exercise into my life; I'm not sure I can commit the time to something like this right now, but I'm bookmarking it to think about more.
Cool. Time-wise, it's as much as you want to put into it. The programs I've been doing are 6 days a week, but you can just as easily log your dancing classes you're going to into the system.

I started working out and eating better a few years ago and it sure make a big difference in how you feel!
