I think this is such a great thing you've done for yourself and I'm proud of you. I passed the info on to JM. How long do you work out each day?

The P90X workouts are all about an hour long. Power 90 ranges from 30 to 45 minutes. I wouldn't start with P90X. If I hadn't done Power 90 first there's no way I'd be able to make it through the X workouts.

Let me know if I can do anything to help/answer questions. If he decides he wants to try one of the BeachBody programs I have ways of getting discounts on them, too.

Tim, that is awesome, I'm seriously impressed.

I've been trying to incorporate more exercise into my life; I'm not sure I can commit the time to something like this right now, but I'm bookmarking it to think about more.

Cool. Time-wise, it's as much as you want to put into it. The programs I've been doing are 6 days a week, but you can just as easily log your dancing classes you're going to into the system.

I started working out and eating better a few years ago and it sure make a big difference in how you feel!
