OK, so I am at a crossroad right now.

I need to go to college but I don't know which program.

Peeps, don't fail me now.

Ok I worked really hard to get accepted into this animation program.
ANIMATION HO!The acceptance ratio was 50:200 (Accepted:Apply) Which is pretty good for me. Since I was the first wave of acceptances (Not waitlisted) :D ( Read more... )

yo! congrats.
both programs are pretty good. i know off hand that the graphic design @ durham has a pretty good grad show at the design exchange. but the animation program seems pretty good too and they are growing in their repuatation as well. there are several kids in my program who also got into seneca/sheridan for animation but chose design cuz they said(according to them, i dont know for sure) that there are more jobs in design than animation. but i don't know if this is just opinion or fact.
but yeah! whatever you choose i think both would be pretty cool and you'd be happy with.
again... CONGRATSSSSSSS

ps: design at sheridan is raping me. (but regardless design IS fun)

kt you were made for animation . think about all those crazy creatures you could create and where you could go .. just do what you love .. unless you love design .. then do that.. but i'm sure that's a lot of work too.. don't worry aboutthe future just do what you love now and then thinkgs will work out right? and either way you can always transfer prgrams.. so choose based on the school and which feels more like home ! you'll be brilliant in all that you do .

Believe me I was in your position last year...I know how hard it is to choose. My decision was made on the very last day posible last year lol...i flipped coins, pulled names out of hats, had many restless nights. But on the very last day I woke up and I knew where I had to go...and I've never regretted my decision ( ... )
