Some customers should just be hit! I have no problems answering questions, but when the customer starts giving you the "Why don't you do something about it look" I'd really, really like to smack them.

Last week turned out to be a pretty good week. Customers didn't complain too much and Friday just turned into a down right silly day at work. I just finished putting my music into the massive CD changer I purchased from Kanga (not including the C.D.s I'm burning from Kanga and the ones still at work) and Holy Crap is my collection varied.
