I've been doing delivery. Though, I don't know how Neon City is. But I do have a wonderful sense of direction, can read maps well enough, and if it's shady? Well, I have my ways of getting away.

You should listen to him. He comes from where I came from and he's made sure that where he lives has been made safer.
