The questions thing is true, but I didn't quite get it until I read it -- even after our lengthy convo the other day. But now, I see that if you must question whether or not someone is a good friend - per se - that the fact you had to question their worth tells you right then and there that they are no friend at all.

our lengthy convo the other day? you mean how we spoke basically all day, just not continuously every time...? lol...i agree with the friend thing, but maybe you aren't questioning your friend based on them, but rather based on your own self, which makes them even stronger of a friend in the sense that you are concerned enough to care...

ok, I don't know what I just said but it made sense at the moment I thought it all...back to this wonderfully in depth architecture reading...
