Ready for tomorrow...I think

I'm starting a new "diet", although I hesitate to call it that.  It's going to have to be a different way of looking at food.  It's from Curves, and it really looks workable.  The first 7 days is Phase 1 and I can only have 1200 calories.  Then for the next 23 days (Phase 2) it goes up to 1500 calories.  Phase 3 is for 2-4 weeks and I have 2000 ( Read more... )
